Help: Battery Time Left : Tips to Save Battery
The BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet comes with a very good battery life. But, there are some things that you can do to extract more juice out of its battery. Below are some tips from Runisoft that could help you extend your battery life and make working with Playbook a more pleasurable experience.
Dim the screen
The screen display consumes a major part of the battery. Hence the first tip would be to reduce the screen brightness. To change your brightness setting, go to the Home screen status bar, tap on the Battery icon and slide the brightness slider (shown by left arrow below) to your desired value. Note, the system keeps separate brightness levels for whether you’re plugged in and charging or running on battery power only.See the screen shot below :
